Western
Composting methods are largely for leaves,
municipal waste and to some extent sewage
sludge. Their technology is based on how
to conserve the moisture and heat, in other
words prevent evaporation. Whereas Press
mud composting is done primarily to evaporate
the liquid.
• In
1994 the first indigenously designed COMPOST
MACHINE for Indian conditions.
• In
1998 after 4 years of R&D the SPRAYING
MACHINE Dispenser was invented.
• In
2001 after evaluating 3 prototypes, WINDROW
FORMING TROLLEY was invented.
• In
2002 The compost Maturity test was developed.
We are continuing to make improvements on
all the four products we have developed
so far.
Manufacturing
Expertise: Our compost machine
is rugged and efficient. It requires minimum
maintenance spare parts because it is built
around standard automobile modules available
readily in the market like Mahindra tractor,
which has all international Quality Certification.
Whatever components manufactured by us is
made several times stronger so that they
are unlikely to fail.
These machines were developed by Dr. V.Ravichandran
Ph.D. (USA), worked in Ford Motor Co.USA,
was faculty member in Univ. of Notre Dame
USA, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras. Has 8 inventions
in the area of pollution control and process
engineering to his credit. |
